Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how AXIRA handles refund requests, failed transactions, duplicate payments, service charges, cancellations and other payment-related issues.

Last Updated: August 14, 2026

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to transactions and services provided through AXIRA Finance ("AXIRA", "we", "us" or "our").

Because AXIRA provides digital asset and payment-related services, the availability of refunds depends on the type of transaction, whether the transaction has been completed, the applicable payment provider and relevant legal or regulatory requirements.

Not every transaction can be cancelled or refunded. In particular, confirmed blockchain transactions may be irreversible.

2. Cryptocurrency Transactions

Cryptocurrency transactions submitted through AXIRA may be processed through blockchain networks.

Once a cryptocurrency transaction has been broadcast to a blockchain network and confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled or reversed by AXIRA.

Incorrect wallet address

Users are responsible for verifying the recipient wallet address and blockchain network before confirming a transaction.

Cryptocurrency sent to an incorrect or unsupported wallet address or network may be permanently lost and may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Fiat Transactions

Fiat transactions, including Nigerian Naira deposits and withdrawals, may be processed through AXIRA or third-party payment and banking providers.

If a fiat transaction fails before funds are successfully credited or transferred, AXIRA may investigate the transaction and, where appropriate, initiate a reversal or refund.

The time required for a refund may depend on the payment provider, banking institution and other parties involved in the transaction.

4. Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails but funds have been deducted from your account or payment method, you should contact AXIRA Support as soon as possible.

We may investigate the transaction using transaction references, payment records, blockchain information and other relevant data.

Where AXIRA determines that a payment was successfully deducted but the corresponding service was not provided, we may initiate an appropriate refund or reversal, subject to verification.

5. Duplicate Payments

If you believe that you have been charged more than once for the same transaction or service, please contact AXIRA Support with the relevant transaction details.

Where a duplicate payment is confirmed, AXIRA may refund the duplicate amount through the original payment method or another appropriate method.

6. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe that an unauthorized transaction has occurred on your AXIRA account, you should notify us immediately.

We may investigate the transaction and may request additional information to verify the circumstances surrounding the transaction.

Refunds for unauthorized transactions are not automatic and may depend on the outcome of the investigation, applicable security procedures and legal requirements.

You are responsible for keeping your password, transaction PIN, authentication codes and device secure. AXIRA may not be responsible for losses caused by credentials that you voluntarily disclose to another person.

7. Fees & Charges

AXIRA may charge transaction fees, processing fees, network fees, exchange spreads or other applicable charges.

Fees that have already been incurred in connection with a successfully processed transaction may not be refundable, except where AXIRA determines otherwise or where required by applicable law.

Blockchain network fees may be paid to third-party blockchain networks and may not be recoverable once incurred.

8. Eligible Refunds

Subject to verification, a refund may be considered in circumstances including:

  • A confirmed duplicate payment.
  • A verified payment failure where funds were deducted.
  • A technical error caused by AXIRA resulting in an incorrect charge.
  • A payment that was successfully deducted but the corresponding AXIRA service was not delivered.
  • Other circumstances where AXIRA determines that a refund is appropriate.

Eligibility does not guarantee that a refund will be approved. Each request may be reviewed individually.

9. Non-Refundable Transactions

The following transactions may generally not be refundable:

  • Completed and confirmed blockchain transactions.
  • Cryptocurrency sent to an incorrect wallet address.
  • Cryptocurrency sent through an incorrect blockchain network where recovery is not technically possible.
  • Losses resulting from market price movements.
  • Blockchain network fees already incurred.
  • Transactions resulting from the user's own error or negligence.
  • Transactions associated with prohibited or unlawful activity.

10. Refund Requests

To request a refund, contact AXIRA Support using the official contact details provided below.

Your refund request should include sufficient information to allow us to identify and investigate the transaction.

Information that may be requested

  • Full name
  • Registered email address or phone number
  • Transaction reference
  • Transaction date and time
  • Amount involved
  • Payment method used
  • Blockchain transaction hash, where applicable
  • Description of the issue
  • Supporting documents or evidence where necessary

For security reasons, AXIRA will never require you to provide your password, transaction PIN or authentication code in a refund request.

11. Refund Processing

Once a refund request has been received, AXIRA may review the transaction and determine whether the request qualifies under this Policy.

If approved, refunds may be processed through the original payment method where reasonably possible.

The time required for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank, payment provider or other financial institution.

AXIRA cannot guarantee the exact time required for a third-party bank or payment provider to complete a refund.

12. Transaction Reversals

Where technically and legally possible, AXIRA may reverse or cancel a transaction that has not yet been completed.

However, once a blockchain transaction has been broadcast and confirmed, AXIRA generally cannot reverse the transaction.

AXIRA may also be required to delay or restrict a transaction for security, fraud prevention, KYC, AML or regulatory purposes.

13. Third-Party Payments

Certain transactions may be processed through banks, payment processors, card providers or other third-party financial service providers.

Where a third party is responsible for processing a payment, refund timelines may be affected by that provider's procedures.

AXIRA may assist with the investigation of payment issues but cannot guarantee the actions or processing times of independent third-party providers.

14. Fraud & Compliance

AXIRA reserves the right to investigate refund requests for suspected fraud, abuse, money laundering or other unlawful activity.

A refund may be delayed, rejected or restricted where necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, court orders or internal security procedures.

We may request additional information or documentation before processing a refund.

15. Changes to This Refund Policy

AXIRA may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, payment processes, technology, business operations or applicable legal requirements.

The latest version will be made available through the AXIRA website or application.
