1. Acceptance of These Terms

• Nigerian Naira deposits and withdrawals
• QR-based payment functionality
• Transaction history and account management

We reserve the right to add, modify, suspend or discontinue any feature or service where reasonably necessary.

5. Transactions

You are responsible for reviewing transaction details before confirming a transaction.

Once a digital asset transaction has been submitted to a blockchain network and confirmed, it may not be possible to reverse or cancel it.

Incorrect wallet addresses

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the recipient wallet address, network and transaction details are correct before confirming a transaction.

6. Digital Assets

Digital assets are blockchain-based assets whose value may change rapidly and unpredictably.

AXIRA does not guarantee the future value, liquidity or availability of any digital asset.

Supported assets, networks and trading or swap functionality may change from time to time.

AXIRA may suspend support for a digital asset or blockchain network where required for technical, security, regulatory or operational reasons.

7. Fees & Charges

Certain AXIRA services may attract transaction fees, processing fees, network fees, exchange spreads or other applicable charges.

Applicable fees will be displayed through the AXIRA platform where reasonably practicable before a transaction is confirmed.

Blockchain networks may also charge network or gas fees. Such fees are separate from AXIRA's own service fees.

8. KYC, AML & Compliance

AXIRA may be required to verify your identity and monitor transactions in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and compliance requirements.

You agree to provide accurate information and documents when requested for identity verification or compliance purposes.

AXIRA may use information and transaction data to identify, investigate and prevent fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions violations and other unlawful activity.

AXIRA may delay, restrict, reject or suspend a transaction or account where reasonably necessary to satisfy legal, regulatory, security or compliance requirements.

9. Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security over your AXIRA account.

• Do not share your password with another person.
• Do not share your transaction PIN.
• Do not disclose authentication codes to third parties.
• Use a secure device when accessing your account.
• Immediately report suspected unauthorized access.

AXIRA will not ask you to disclose your password or security credentials through unofficial channels.

10. Prohibited Activities

You must not use AXIRA to engage in unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activities.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Money laundering
• Fraud or scams
• Financing terrorism or other unlawful organizations
• Sanctions evasion
• Identity theft
• Using another person's account
• Providing false or misleading information
• Unauthorized access to AXIRA systems
• Attempting to compromise platform security
• Using AXIRA for unlawful transactions
• Manipulating or abusing AXIRA services

We may take appropriate action where we reasonably believe that prohibited activity has occurred.

11. Digital Asset Risks

You acknowledge that digital assets involve significant financial and technological risks.

• Prices may rise or fall significantly.
• Digital assets may become illiquid.
• Blockchain networks may experience congestion.
• Blockchain transactions may be irreversible.
• Networks may experience technical failures.
• Regulatory requirements may change.
• Supported assets may be suspended or discontinued.

12. Service Availability

We aim to keep AXIRA available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the services will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times.

Services may become temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, network congestion, security incidents, blockchain failures, third-party service interruptions, regulatory requirements or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

13. Third-Party Services

AXIRA may rely on third-party providers for payment processing, identity verification, blockchain infrastructure, hosting, analytics and other services.

Third-party services may be subject to separate terms and policies. AXIRA is not responsible for services operated independently by third parties.

14. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, AXIRA and its licensors own all intellectual property rights associated with the AXIRA website, application, software, branding, logos, designs, content and related materials.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit AXIRA's intellectual property without prior written authorization.

16. Suspension & Termination

• Your violation of another person's rights
